Gemini; Twin bridges. Get it? At the end of this mountain bike/motorcycle/ATV trail is a curious sandstone formation. It is a deep hole in the canyon wall, and the two arches span over it. Stay away from the edge, and make sure your kids don't wander too close. Getting there isn't hard, but it is quite a long ride. Also, it ends about 500 feet higher than when you started at the trailhead, and that's after you climb 900 feet and drop 400 feet. There are some sections where you should obviously get off and walk. The scenery on the way is beautiful. This is one of the most famous biking paths in the state, a 16 mile round trip. The trailhead to Gemini Bridges should not be hard to find; it is clearly marked on Google Maps and is close the Bar-M Chuckwagon.

• Visit the US BLM website for a detailed description of the trail directions.
• A lot of trails and roads criss-cross on the way. Make sure to always stay on the correct one. Have a map and GPS locator if necessary.
• Paid parking is close to the trailhead. Or you can park at the Bar M.
• Bring your own water.

• Drive to the trailhead and then hike/cycle. Or go up by ATV.
