Chick-fil-a, Mobile Reviews - Write a Review
Food is good (because it is Chick fil a) but service left much to be desired. I go there often because of proximity but usually have to wait longer than expected. Not only did I wait again this morning, but they did not have biscuits ready. It's breakfast time - who doesn't have biscuits ready? Someone who is ill-managed, that's who.
Service varies from day to day. Some cashiers are great, other could care less. Often food takes longer then it should.
Downtown hours are inconvenient but it is classically delicious.
Honestly, the best fast food experience I've ever had in Alabama. The employees here are a cut and a half above those in Tuscaloosa and the service was excellent, and very fast, even in the incredibly crowded lunch hour. I've attached pictures of when it's less crowded. There are approximately 8 tables that seat four each.
Chick-fil-A is the Bomb! Mobile ordering thru their app rocks, too...
