  • Great place to ski or snowboard! A smaller mountain, but fun and hardly any lines to wait in for your turn on the lift. Super fun blues and greens with lots of space to have fun on the mountain. Food and drink options in the lodge are fantastic. The whole staff are kind, friendly, and make you feel like you're family. Perfect place for a family or just a getaway with you and some buddies. I always have a blast when I'm at Monarch!

  • Wonderful mountain. They do not have good half day rates. My 10 year old had to buy a adult pass just to use the bunny slope.

  • Great small mountain skiing. It Has expanded over the years, so it's getting more terrain. Quick 2 hour drive from Pueblo.

  • I had a lot of fun on this mountain snowboarding and skiing among friends was sore the very next day because it was my first time snowboarding but I got through it and just had an outstanding blast the food was good the service was great never had an issue great place to take your family

  • Monarch was the first resort I tried after moving to Colorado. I couldn't have picked a more perfect mountain to learn how to snowboard. This is a great place for beginner skiers and snowboarders. Even on the weekends this place isn't too busy which makes it easier to get up the lifts and keeps you on the runs instead of in lines. The lodge is nice and the restaurant food is always tasty.
