Jones Beach State Park is a lovely park located on the beautiful beach in Nassau County, New York. This state park is a paradise for nature lovers as well as those who love outdoor activities. It has become a popular spot for swimming as there is a 6 mile stretch of surf bathing along the beach. Bay beach and a couple of swimming pools are perfect for escaping the scorching heat. The park also preserves unspoiled areas which are home to local and migratory birds. Boat Basin West End - Jones Beach State Park Ny Reviews & Ratings
A lesser known area of within Jones Beach State Park, situated along South Oyster Bay. Dramatic tidal cycles in the lagoon expose a sandy narrow strip of beach that is only accessible by wading or kayak. Beautiful spot to take pictures.
This area of Jones Beach on the West end has shallow water, tide pools and sand bars making it a place people bring children for a beach day. However, there is no lifeguard and the sign says no swimming, so you are on your own in that regard. Parking in Summer is $10 per car. Boats can tie up here as well, and there is a pavilion, picnic tables and BBQs. There are also restrooms and very limited parking.
Great spot to dock and relax. Right by the Jones inlet. Sit back and watch the water and boats go by
Great memories here... beautiful spot❣️
It's one of my favorite places to go and enjoy the day at the beach, Who wouldn't enjoy this it's paradise in long island..
