Very noisy area as a lot of kids yell there :) this aqualand is very close to the beach so you would probably use it when the weather is not great, but actually it is also crowded when the weather is good. A bit outage the games still satisfies the youngest.
Read reviews and was expecting the worse. Had great time. We visited in mid week August 2018. Yes the queue to get tickets took 30min. Yes some queues for rides took over 45min at times but there were always rides with much shorter queues. We stayed till it closed and the queues are shorter over lunch and in the last hours before close. However the queues at theme parks such as Alton Towers would be much worse. The worse for us was the sunburn even with constant application it is constantly washed off. The parking opposite charges, however the parking the other side of the next roundabout is free, literally 2min walk further. You can take your own food in just DON'T bring any cutlery or KNIVES security will take them off you at the gate. Remember your picnic blanket too. The main toilets were smelly but they are not the only ones you can use. The only disappointment was the wave pool which came on very rarely and not for long so was really crowded(good time to queue else where). Staff were nice and very patient given how many silly people doing dumb things they have to put up with. Most of the good rides require 110cm with alot at 130cm so smaller children will not get the experience it all. Still are our 5 and 7 year olds loved it though the younger one can't wait to be 130cm.
Lots of queuing but a fast pass for extra 12 euros is a good option but make sure you get there in good time as the number of fast passes are limited each day. A good water park with plenty of rides. Probably best to order your entrance tickets on line the day before to avoid queuing at the ticket booths on the day. Don't wait until the very end of the day to hand back your locker key as the queue can take an hour to get your 2 euro deposit back and Aqualand bag and the car park was also a nightmare to get out of with long queues, lots of entrances but only two exits!!
Sorry but this was not a pleasant experience. The place was packed and we had to queue for almost 2 hours for a ride. The showers and changing rooms smelt of urine. Not good value for money. Having said that, the staff were friendly and lifeguards attentive.
Fantastic day out for the family. Plenty sun loungers and lockers. Lots of slides to keep the kids entertained. Parking is out on the main road, so sat mac does take you down the wrong road and try take you through a hotel.
