Villa Della Regina is a palace turned museum in the town of Torino in Italy. Built by the House of Savoy in the 17th century, this museum is a major tourist attraction in Torino today. Originally designed by Italian soldier, architect and military engineer, Ascanio Vitozzi, the building was built as a private villa with vineyards. But after Vitozzi’s death, the construction was completed by Carlo Emanuele II of Savoye. The palace suffered many damages during the Second World War but is today open to public. The palace has been turned into a museum with all these original artefacts retained.
