  • Loved my 1st visit here. Our server Annie was a great ambassador for Le Bird Bar - accurate menu explanation and attentive service. Their signature fried chicken was tasty, sauce options creative, warm corn salad was a perfect accompaniment. Ended with a surprisingly light plate of banana fritters (2 can share). Old fashioned nicely prepared, no Buffalo Trace but that seems standard in Montreal. What a fun neighbourhood joint - good food & drink, fun & diverse crowd. Will try the speakeasy downstairs next time.

  • Absolutely love this restaurant. From service to food, everything is just great. One of the things you must definitely try off their menu are the hush puppies. The place is small and cozy. And the location is in Griffintown, so it is relatively easy to find parking.oh and do try some of their cocktails too!!

  • We didn't have reservations however the front door man helped us find a place at the bar to eat which was much appreciated. The owner and management of this establishment really look like they cared for their staff and clients and look like they enjoyed themselves. The food was absolutely incredible not one of us had anything negative to say we liked everything on our plate including the very good mashed potatoes. When we were almost done we were invited to a basement cave style bar which felt very exclusive and VIP it was a great touch to the end of our night overall we had an incredible experience however I do recommend to make reservations ahead of time. Oh and I forgot to mention that the decor is very iCandy.

  • Honestly the best fried chicken I had in Montreal so far. The chicken wing appetizer is a winner, you won't want to share it. Just have it as a meal if you are a lightweight eater. The 2-piece fried chicken combo comes with the fluffy cornbread and boy did it make my evening better. Staff is friendly, the DJ blasts excellent music and the elaborated cocktails will keep bubbly and happy till the end of the dinner.

  • This is a great getaway place, sexy, clandestine and fabulous food. If you like bone marrow dishes, this is the best incarnation of this dish I ever had. You have to try it! Bones away.
