About Complexe Desjardins, Montreal
Complexe Desjardins is a mixed-use office, hotel, and shopping mall complex located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The project was designed to develop the eastern end of downtown Montreal, it is located in the quadrilateral formed by Saint Catherine, Saint-Urbain, and Jeanne Mance streets, and René Lévesque Boulevard. Its architectural design consists of several towers housing offices of the Mouvement Desjardins, Quebec Government offices and other companies, as well as the Hyatt Regency Montreal, linked by an atrium shopping centre anchored by IGA. This design produces the effect of an indoor square. The Complexe Desjardins is connected by the underground city to Place des Arts and the Place-des-Arts Metro station to the north, and the Complexe Guy-Favreau, the Palais des congrès de Montréal, and Place-d'Armes Metro station to the south.Wikipedia

Nice open space shopping centre with good quality shops and a fairly big food court, the robotic fountain shows are mesmerising and hypnotic, strangely and comfortably quiet, worthy to spend a couple of hours eating some sushi and enjoying with the family, oh! Did I point out that you can walk directly into Place des Arts to the north and their interesting modernist architecture and directly to the south into China Town? Good outdoor eateries!
Clean modern mall. The decor of the is pleasing and makes you feel more relaxed. The water fountain is pretty cool.
Great place to park downtown. Decent shop delection. Good place to get a quick bite. Good indoor entertainment.
I stayed at the Hyatt in a very nice room. During my stay, I ate a few times in the complexe and they had a great selection with a very entertaining fountain right in the food court. The selection of stores looked good.
Big mall. Kind of pretty. Came in here during the Just for Laughs festival happening and they had a place for you to charge your phone.
