Métropolis, Montreal Reviews - Write a Review
Love this venue, have had many great nights here. View from thefloor is great. Bathrooms are spacious but not the most accessible. Drinks are what you would expect from this kind of venue. Close to everything downtown so you don't have to worry about finding food or amenities close to a concert
A great venue for heavy metal concerts. It's relatively small, with no assigned seats. The acoustic is good but the best feature, IMO, is the balcony. Beer is also reasonably priced and there are bars everywhere. It's generally clean enough (for a metal concerts venue, that is).
I love this concert venue because it is possible to have a great view of the show from wherever you stand. Good sound system as well! I went to see flying lotus and the 3D visuals were insane
Probably the best venue in Montreal for sub-stadium acts. A big room, with a good, high, stage. Excellent sound quality and a good distribution of bars through the room. The Coat check system used is much more efficient than I've seen in similarly sized venues. Drink prices are average, and the bathrooms can be a pain at times.
Why change its name for a Telus stuff, why? You investors are proud of being powerful and buying whatever you want? Good for you, but do you really thing that makes people willing to buy more Telus products..... Seriously! This is an old age marketing strategy that just serve here the purpose of destroying a legacy. Give us our Metropolis back and stop your consumption harassment. This is worth not only for Telus!
