  • The only reason you come here is for an event. Whether it be a sporting event, a concert or whatever, you can't choose to see it somewhere else unfortunately. From the moment you get funnelled into the precinct you are fighting for space. There aren't enough turnstiles so it takes a couple of minutes to get into the ground. There are nowhere near enough toilets and the ones that are there absolutely stink. Unless you are in a corporate box if it rains you're almost guaranteed to get wet. There are insufficient staff in the food and beverage line so you can miss substantial amounts of the game getting a drink. The coffee cart is EXTREMELY slow in making the coffee (or whatever you prefer) and the hot chocolates are terrible. There are 2 sizes small and large with the prices being $5.60 and $7.60 from memory. Which leads me to the food. If you can call it food. Pies and sausage rolls that are either still cold or have been microwaved for so long you can't eat them until you get home. A very limited choice of food which is repeated at the various food outlets in the stadium, if they happen to be open. And for the privilege of eating at the stadium you have to take out a mortgage as it's so very very expensive. Try and eat before you go and bring in your own food and drink as long as it's not alcohol

  • Volume way too loud for comfort when watching sporting events. However if you feel inclined, you can stay in the bathroom facilities and watch on screen without becoming hearing impaired. No idea why volume is so painfully loud, I know many others complain. Perhaps to encourage patrons to remain inside drinking?

  • The staff are always very helpful and well presented. There always seems to be great things to do before events outside the stadium. The public transport to and from the venue is questionable. The bottle neck entrance and exits can be annoying at large events. The change table facilities are hit and miss (generally they are locked)

  • It can be a cosy Stadium because it only seats 40000 with a large crowd normally being considered around 35,000 to 38,000. Drinks are expensive and food is poor so unless you like expensive beer then. I like that you sit close to the pitch so if you get a half decent seats and can see a lot of what is going on especially in a soccer game although watching the rugby league when the other team is down the other end means you'll see more by looking at the big screen. Parking in the surrounding streets is not that easy unless you go on the north side of Moore Park Road and even then it's not on a large-scale it's just trying to find a spot in between the residents parking. The main parking area is in the big open fields on the Eastern side of the stadium but you can always expect to wait anywhere between 25 to 40 minutes to get out of the stadium unless you leave before the end of the game

  • Great experience and first visit to Allianz Stadium during the World Rugby HBSC Sydney 7s 2018. Not impressed with male toilet odour on the third day as we seated behind it.
