Head towards Moose Jaw’s visitors’ center and you will come across a huge steel and concrete sculpture of a moose, called Mac the Moose. Boasting to be world’s second largest moose, the monument stands tall at a height of 32 feet and approximately weighs 10,000 kilograms. The sculpture was created way back in 1984. Since the monument has faced vandalism a number of times in the past, it still stands, although now behind a fence. Mac the Moose is proudly Moose jaw’s first tourist attraction.
