  • I haven't been to the Heart Six in a few years but it is one of the best places in the Jackson area. The area is perfect for getting away from the overcrowding of Jackson in the summer. They have a great location and when I recently had an issue come up causing me to cancel my trip they worked with me to be accommodating to my situation and I can't wait to get a chance to come visit them again.

  • I made a reservation on their website nearly 1 and half months back and they call me now saying that it was a mistake and they allow only 3 night minimum stay. I am extremely disappointed. I just have 20 days to make a different reservation and prices at other places have gone up. They could have let me know about it a month back. So unprofessional!

  • I was inly there to go horseback riding but it was the best place ive riden before. Not a tough or rough ride but it was a lot of climbing!☺️

  • My wife and I just had our wedding at Heart Six last weekend. I grew up right down the street from Heart Six, and was very excited to be able to get married in the neighborhood that I was raised in! First off, let me start by saying that once we arrived, the staff was easy to deal with and friendly. The staff was very heard to get a hold of up until we arrived in person, and we had to constantly pressure them to get anything in writing. This was a constant stress for us, trying to plan the wedding. When we first signed on to get married here, there was a different owner. Since we put down our deposit, they went through a surprising amount of staff. We talked to two different chefs, and a number of different people in the front office. The original chef we talked with, we were very excited about! He made our meal sound amazing! The chef that ended up taking over....was not nearly as good. Our wedding food was the biggest disappointment of our wedding. We ended up paying $15 a plate over what we were originally quoted, and the food was not very good. All the items that were told to us as being "homemade" were very store bought and frozen. The actual venue itself, however, is beautiful!! The views, the rooms, and the area were very nice. We have no complaints about that! In summary, the food was a disappointment, but the venue was beautiful. We would recommend doing food through a different cater, or other means.
