Gorky Park, Moscow Reviews

  • Went here twice during my stay in Moscow to go ice skating. Such a cool and memorable experience! Highly recommended if you are in Moscow during the winter. It's very easy to rent skates and you can then skate for as long as you you like. With the entrance fee and skate rental it comes 800 Rubles, so very reasonable. Many places around the ice skating area to buy food and drinks - there's even a restaurant. Incredibly fun way to spend a few hours.

  • You'll have a nice pastime here in a sunny winter day. Almost no people on alleys and magnificent sun-down. Seen a group of English-speaking tourists here, so it's an international place. There is a number or cafes, food kiosks and restaurants here. If you look for a culture life visit "Garage" museum, and if you want to skate head to a large ice rink with futuristic lighting.

  • Amazing winter experience! Park trails turned into ice-skating rinks with good quality artificial ice. No-deposit skates rental, lots of fast food options to eat outdoors and a couple of restaurants to go in without taking the skates off. Music, decorations, friendly staff. A must-visit if you are in Moscow.

  • I love this park. Everytime I visit Moscow I have to come and see this park multiple times. It is very big and has lots of space for biking, skating, or jogging. There is a dance floor at the river bank you can see people dancing or learning it. At summer it is most active in the evening. It's a must if you are in Moscow!

  • An excellent outside skating facility. I would extend the surface a bit further, but it is big enough already. Hand warmers and some vending along and between a few routes is a good idea, and not too pushy. Good job!
