Gostiny Dvor is a historic Russian term for an indoor market or shopping centre, which is famous as a tourist spot. The complex comprises more than ten buildings and it took almost five decade to complete the whole construction. Each arch of the construction was occupied by a separate shop or tavern. The ground floor was for trade, whereas the second and third stories were for storage and general warehousing. It is just a few minutes away from the city center and thus, reaching this place would not be a great deal of challenge for any visitor.
