It is a beautiful old Mosque built by Koskin Mehmed Pasha in the early 17th century from whom it has received its name. The mosque known for its simplistic style architecture is very close to Neretva river and offers an enthralling view of its surroundings. Travelers can climb the minarets or enjoy themselves walking around the courtyard outside the mosque which accommodates a nice fountain and few small tea stalls buzzing with tourists. The garden area of the mosque is a nice peaceful corner where travelers can sit for a while and relish the scenic view of the bridge.

Small, historic mosque in a compound with a small graveyard and handicraft stands. The mosque has rare representations of plants as decoration. Amazing views of the old town and bridge of Mostar from the garden and the minaret! Entrance fee of 12km per adult to enter the mosque and climb the minaret. Minaret is approx 25m high and has extremely narrow stairs, no handrail. If this review was helpful, please click Like!
Very small Mosque. It's rather more of a tourist visit than a real place of worship. You may enter (if properly dressed), for a few Kuna or Marks. For a little more you may climb the minaret for good views, but the best view of the famous bridge is from the little garden at the back.
Amazing view. Probably the best spot for a photo of the bridge. You can visit just the mosque (6KM - €3) but it's all about the view from the top of the minaret. (12KM - €6 for a combined ticket). Entrance to the mosque is not brilliantly signposted. There's a small archway amongst the row of shops you must go through.
Not a particularly pretty mosque. However you can walk up the minaret and get a fantastic view of the Old Bridge and the surrounding areas of Mostar.
Really nice view from the top and from the garden to city and bridge. Almost no tourists there.
