Must visit! Beautiful waterfall! Beautiful nature and landscape. I really don't know is it more beautiful in winter or in summer. Also hard to decide is it more beautiful in day or night. Captivating beauty, you wish to stay there forever.
Kravice Waterfalls is nice and scenic. On the way it started raining and cloudy. Nothing was visible. But then as we stepped out of the car at the location, the rain started fading thankfully and it became nice and sunny. It is a beautiful sight and we could have spent entire day just sitting there. We put our feet in water but it was too cold. One girl went for the swim. We had coffee and then on the way back we tasted the local fruit brandy flavours. We picked up lemon and pomegranate flavour. Lots of people come to the waterfall. It is like a picnic spot. People were lazying around the beach, having snacks and coffee and clicking pictures. As soon as the sun came out people went in for swimming and boating.
Great place to visit. Will come here again if I'm in the region. There is a small entry fee, but it's more than worth it. Get a waterproof camera if you come here, because it's possible to swim in the lake and get up close to the waterfalls. Spectacular shots a guaranteed. Didn't want to risk my phone. If swimming is not your thing, you can also get a pretty good food and drinks at the one of the cages that are right next to the water.
Beautiful but expect small scale. Nothing like Niagra falls. Went there as part of a day trip tour from Dubrovnik to old bridge. It was good amount of time as not much you can do there. I did pay the 5euro to have a guy row boat me up close to the waterfalls and def thought it was worth it.
Nice place. Beautiful and untouched nature. Nice place to spend your day. You can find 2 waterfalls, Big and Small Kravica. To see small Kravica, you need to take a small walk ( 20 minutes most. You can find there a restaurant which serves refreshing drinks and coffee also. A small train drives from the top to the waterfalls for 1€ and also there are small boats which can take you just underneath the waterfalls. Really nice for spending day in nature with family. A cost of ticket is 5€ for adult person and we didn't need to pay for the child. On the entrance you can find small souvenir shops with domestic products where you can find magnets for 0.5€ and nice domestic liquors for 3€.
