Couldn't believe a place like this existed in this city. Its It's definitely worth the visit and a wonderful experience. You'll be charged for the entry as well as clicking pictures but it's well maintained. The infrastructure is beautiful I personally they could've managed it better. If you truly want to make the best of your visit go early because then it gets crowded and noisy. You'll be charged around 85 for entry and additional 50rs for photography with phone
This place is just monumental and historic as possibly could be described by anyone. The museum is also surrounded by lush greenery which is really peaceful to spend time in and around the place. There is also a cafeteria for the visitors convenience. Taking pictures are allowed on pay basis. For mobile photography its INR 50. The place is really good having amazing collections of art, paintings and other stuff. Highly recommended.
A superb museum for Ancient India, Nepal, and oriental artifacts. Some boutique collections put the spotlight on remarkable collectors of the past. Interactive stations provide an engaging experience. Surrounding open grounds are a relief from the congested city making it an attractive destination. The canteen/restaurant should be better. Adequate availability of publications.
