The Beer Cafe, Mumbai Reviews

  • Great food. Went for late breakfast on a Sunday morning. Outside seating is a plus. But it's really cramped and noisy inside. The acoustics are such that whatever tables around you are speaking about gets amplified. Would love to go back for the food. But should probably do that on a weekday or quieter time.

  • Great place for good deals on beer. This is the place to visit when they have offers going on in international beers. Hoegarden Stella etc... Considerably more cost effective then other places. Also a good collection of international beers you don't get in other places. Not a very large seating area so do call ahead before you go.

  • It's located just outside the departure gate at International airport. Beer menu is nice as the name suggests. It's an ideal place to visit while you have couple of hours before your flight. Ambiance is also great and staff is friendly.

  • Have seen and been to better Beer Cafes. Here either the staff is really busy or the menu is limited on account of having not to attract clientel. They already have patrons awaiting flight, hance limited alternatves should be acceptable, which they're not. Otherwise a regular Beer Cafe with nice surroundings, good AC (avoid seating outside since smokers make it painful), and standard fare. Have a safe trip, since you're likely to be here only if travelling. Cheerio.

  • As the name goes, good selection of beers. I went for an Indian dark lager, no regrets. Butcher's platter was good too, but would have liked something more than sausages in it. A bit of beacon perhaps? Over all a good experience, though slightly on the expensive side.
