  • Refuse to accept my drivers license. Had to cancel my planned trip. I never had issues with my drivers license at any other branch/rental company in Germany. Will never go back.

  • Wanted to return my car there. Didn't know where since I didn't pick it up at this station and it was nowhere stated. Hence I parked it right in front of the office and went inside. Waited 10 minutes just to be told off that I have to return my car in the basement parking. I longly discussed that he should take my car and he refused for another 10 minutes by telling me that this would not be his job?! What is that guy there for? Not acceptable to be treated like that as a customer.

  • Horrible experience. Was told it would be cheaper to rent a car here than at the Hauptbahnhof and even called to confirm that they would have the car ready for me at the price we agreed upon. When I walked over they wanted to up-charge me by 50% over the price that we had agreed upon 15 minutes prior. The staff was rude and condescending.

  • Very decent experience. Helpful people and good prices. 24 hr car return. The car pickup is not overwhelming being situated in the -3 floor with the lift being in shaky condition. But that is an issue all car rentals in the inner town have.

  • Was hard to find. Instructions in email contained old/wrong address for the Munich Railroad car return location.
