Staff was friendly hotel rooms were clean. Perfect location for the beer fest. Would definitely go back there next time. PS coffee in the room would be great. 😉
Very nice hotel. Nice people. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Recommend highly.
Had a great time while visiting Munich this June (2018). We stayed at this hotel for four days. A few pros and cons: + Within walking distance of pretty near EVERYTHING! Lots of beer gardens close by! Only 5 minutes to Munich central station. +Absolutely outstanding breakfast +Great price for location. +Very friendly staff who all spoken English very well. Happy to answer any questions you have. +Cheap parking (in comparison to other hotels) it was €9,00. -Bathroom had a bit of a urine odour. -no bells and whistles! (Coffee machine, mini-fridge, etc) -parking was a bit inconvenient but it was cheap! Overall a great stay here. I would 100% recommend it to anyone, and would stay again.
The staff is very kind and the hotel is very clean. The only star I gave is for the nice staff. BUT I booked a 'basic' room with shared bathroom and it was a horrible, sleepless night for me. You can hear EVERY noise the other people do (talking, snoring, etc), as the walls are very thin and doors are constantly slammed. My room was even next to the bathroom so I could also hear everything... it was truly unpleasant. The solution I was offered was to upgrade the room by paying 30€ extra - I already paid 55euros for that room whose comfort is probably only 30€ worthy. So do not book the 'basic' room unless you have a very sound sleep - maybe their 85€ rooms are better. But unfortunately I will not try again to find out! I wish I could say something better but it was a sleepless night for me. As a side note: the view from my room was nice. However the fire escape route is through a metal stair on the roof and it looked quite scary from the 4th floor.
Very good service and location with reasonable price in the center city
