Power House Waterfalls, Munnar Reviews
Also known as periyakanal waterfalls. On the way to Munnar while coming from kumily side.
Enjoyed a lot with taking photos with friends. Visited thrice, never got disappointed. Always flow in that falls. But you can't bath. Enjoy the climate and view
This is one thing that I enjoyed the most in munnar. This falls is soooo beautiful that you will be lost gazing at it. One word for this - "Awestruck"
Its a nice water falls located on Munnar-Thekkedy road. The water is coming from Sita Devi lake. Since the water is used for drinking, bath is not allowed. Only concern is during summer there wont't be water in the falls.
This water fall is amazing you can see the water falling on a high speed. They generate electricity out of this water, as one can see the water being channelized to a power house. It was done by British and after that it was done by the government. This place is worth a visit after all.
