Ease of check in: It was quite confusing which tower to enter for check-in. The halls lacked signs for check-in. Space: Our room was spacious. The desk, king sized bed, TV and lounge chair were comfortably spaced apart. Closet storage was also big for 2 people. Mini bar space was really generous. Surprised that there was a sink! Lights: Not a good place to do your makeup. All lights were yellow and was too dark to do decent makeup. We had an event that evening and I was second guessing the amount of makeup that I was putting. Airconditioning: this was the most disappointing of all. Aircon was very weak. The hotel lobby was cooler than our room. We just let the aircon run on max. Bathroom: while spacious with generous provisions for bathtub and shower stall, water works can be improved. Shower head needed cleaning; there might be scaling buildup since the water was going out from the side rather than from the holes. Toilet flush can also be improved. Breakfast: good selection of breakfast. No complaints! :) Despite the areas for improvement, The Bellevue is still a good choice in Southern Manila.
Bad service, ordered at 6am but got it at 6:50am. Got a moldy sink. Got a bathtub with broken handle. Too expensive. The only good thing here is the wifi.
Quality hotel with an elaborate bufet, pool and bar service. Rooms are good, and mostly clean. Service is friendly and efficient.
Very nice hotel. Restaurant is super. Rooms are comfortable. Pools are nice. Only concern is the outsourced transportation company needs to respect reservations and be more punctual.
I was at Alabang for a business trip and decided to stay at Bellevue hotel for 5 nights and 6 days. The rooms, food, and amenities were great. I especially loved the view during breakfast and the spacious and comfortable room. What I didn't like about the hotel is the printing and photocopying services they provided at the front desk. The printed and photocopied documents had black marks and they only have A4 paper; not worth it if your paying Php10 per page (photocopy). There was also an incident I waited for 2 hours for the printed documents, because they had printed a wrong document and had to reprint and then they forgot that I was waiting for the documents.
