Dunes Village Resort Condo Sales Office Reviews & Ratings
1. Place is great for kids-2 indoor “water parks” (more like a few slides and water activities) but still fun 2. Price is decent for what your get but hotel isn’t great 3. Furniture has spots from people’s drinks and scratches all over. 1 of our 12 pillows(2 bedrooms with 3 total beds) had a pillow case on it but it had sweat stains and other nasty things in it . They brought pillow cases and we put them on our pillows. They said they had a “shortage”earlier in the day. Not sure of what. 4. We ordered room service. We ended up getting and paying for two extra orders of loaded cheese fries (took off bill later), failed to get our order correct with two other meals, food was bland and not worth the $160 we spent at all-and I’m not trying to be picky. Our ice cream sundaes came with just vanilla ice cream. It was a sad disappointment. The manager took off the extra charge for the loaded fries though and was nice. Oh yeah, and there was confusion about whether we were picking it up or having it delivered to our room. Just a bad experience overall. 5. The locations is great. Right on the beach with plenty to do. Off season rates are supposedly awesome so we look forward to that, but I would refrain from using some services. Update: the hotel gave me 50% off my meal and offered to take care of us better next time and to ask for the manager directly. They handled it pretty well, but I also tried to be very polite when I was giving my complaints.
Totally awesome. So much for everyone no matter the age.
I recently stayed at this property on September 16-17, 2017 and experienced mold on the ceiling inside of room 342. I contacted the third party booking agency (Priceline) and made them aware of the issue. I was instructed to contact Kerri the manager so I did. I have not received a call back from Kerri about this issue so I need someone who will be able to further assist me. Thank you
Very pleased with my experience at this resort. I just recently went down for a two day birthday get away and couldn't believe how nice it was. When they call themselves a resort they aren't kidding! Any amenity you can think of they have it. Also, the day you check out they still allow you to use all the pools, jacuzzi, water park, and lazy river. It is very kid friendly as well and its like having a free baby sitter with all the fun stuff they have. Even have pool tables and games inside the water park.
