Monterey Bay Suites is a 3 star hotel facing the ocean which offers luxurious suites with partial and full ocean views. It has a lobby restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast along with the ocean view and houses a Shurf Shark for refreshment drinks and snacks. The hotel has a raised granite-oak cabinet, with some mahogany furniture and a kitchen attached to it. It also serves free wi-fi facility to the guests. Besides all these, Monterey Bay Suites offers some superb amenities which include:

it was a bit confusing when it came to finding the room I was looking for some Sarah different towers. I wish that it was enclosed rooms so that you are not freezing while searching for the room you need. rooms are spacious, somewhat affordable, and a nice part of town. Right on the ocean!
We had an enjoyable stay. The rates were excellent and we had no real complaints. We are not the kind of people that look for the negative so we found a lot of positives. It was nice to sit outside while eating a free breakfast every morning with 2 young children. They loved the outside playground and pools. Our room was very clean and serviced well. After reading the reviews on the parking deck we were very nervous about the parking situation. My daughter was able to maneuver her mini van into a spot with not much trouble at all. We would stay here again.
We have visited Monterey Bay for many years. We have always found it to be a memorable time with friends and family. However on our last trip my son forgot his teddy bear. When I called to see if it could be shipped to us we learned it could. Monterey Bay would contact their 3rd party shipping agency who would then contact me for pricing and payment details. Imagine my surprise when $100 US appears on my credit card from a shipping company in MB! Monterey Bay supervisory staff gave out MY credit card info without authorization!!! When I called and spoke to the individual responsible she told me simply that yes she had made a mistake and there was nothing she could do to remedy this! I asked to speak with her manager and was given a phone number. After leaving several messages my call was never returned. So Monterey Bay feels its completely acceptable to give out your credit card information without authorization!!!! We are sad to say we will never be visiti g this resort again.
First Class Resort! Customer Service is Excellent. I travel back and forth from West Coast Majority of time spent in Bel-Air. Carlton my go to Concierge for 10 plus years in Bel-Air has a Funnier and Smarter Twin at Monterey Bay! If everyone had employees like these 2 they'd be set for life. So book your stay ask for Lee Dennison of Monterey Bays Managers who goes above and beyond Exceeding All Of My Expectations! Thank you Lee Dennison see you again soon, and please make sure you personally let Betsy (one of the locals) on my next visit I'm picking up the check. With all of that said you will have one of the best experiences you could have if you follow my advise. Look forward to next visit.
Monterey Bay was okay I expected better by the pictures on website..When I checked in my room was clean but my top comforter was dirty like mustard and pizza all over. I call the front dest someone can and change it out ,and said house keeper didn't see spot ..I said okay are housekeeping not opposed to changing top comforter ??.. Always breakfast staff not happy about serving in the morning very rude!! Not friendly at all!!.. I won't stay here anymore! pools are nice!
