Nascar Speedpark - Review

The thrills of NASCAR are not unknown to us! The brains behind the NASCAR Speed Park say that the only thing missing on the race tracks is the pit crew. With over seven racing themed tracks, roller coasters, batting cages and go-kart facilities, the Speed Park is not one you’ll come across all the time. Even though, to avail of the driving thrills, you need to be above 16 years of age and with a valid license, the Park has something for those who either can’t or don’t want to take to the tracks.

Nascar Speedpark Information

  • Check the timings of the Park beforehand to avoid any glitches in your plan.
  • Only drivers above 16 years of age and with a valid driver’s license can drive at the Park.
  • If you buy a whole day pass, you could come and go from the Park as many times as you want within the validity of the pass.

  • Pros: The packages are reasonably priced imo since you are able to come and go as you want and they are open late. Plenty of time to get your fun in. The facility is clean. Cons: staff workers lack basic people/customer service skills. This goes from the ticket counter to the concession stand to the track workers and all points in between. None seemed very friendly. Concessions are a bit on the steep side but that comes with the territory of being convenient. As stated prior you are able to leave and come back at will. Been going there the last three years while on vacation and will probably look elsewhere next year.

  • Had a blast, definitely fun. But typical tourist trap, everything is overpriced, most of the staff doesn't seem to want to be there or deal with you. Was constantly told the one stand was basically out of everything. Will say the entire crew at the family track with the bridge was awesome, having fun with their jobs and getting the kids pumped up. These guys saved my rating for this place, keep rocking it gentlemen

  • If you are going to come I would recommend you wouldn't. Only if you are willing to spend a lot of money on what they offer. I had a bad experience here with the go karts a lot of them do not work and are very slow. Also the works are manly on the phone and not paying any attention to things around them. Like when people start crashing into others and bumping into you. The worst time tho was when I was wait on line for a very long time waiting for the workers to fill the karts up on gas and gave the people who are on the course a long time to ride around. Eventually they told then to come in after filling up only half because they didn't have any gas left to fill the karts. But it took forever because they are on there phones and talking and not filling the karts up. Once I got my turn on the track my car was very slow and didn't give us as long of time on the track like the previous group. So I would not come back and advise anyone who reads this be prepared.

  • Love the tracks. Something for all ages. Some carnival games and mini golf too. Only complaint is that not all go karts are created equal. Some go very slow while others fly. Had a great time and will go back.

  • The all day pass is the best deal. $30 you get unlimited gocart and mini golf. Bring a cooler with drinks. Food and refreshments are way over priced. You can leave and go eat and come back. Arm band is good for that day until midnight. But a good way to spend the day with the kids.
