The Nagai Ayame Park (nagai), as the name suggests is a world of Ayame or Japanese Iris flowers growing in abundance. Rows of blue, pink, yellow, purple and dual-coloured Ayame are grown here with utmost delicacy by the gardeners whom you will see here before the flowering season tending the plants. The Nagai Ayame Park (nagai) is landscaped with stone features, water bodies and fountains so that you can enjoy the surroundings while passing by the flowering plants. June-July is the best time to visit the park as this is when the flowers are in their best grandeur. The highlight of the park is the Ayame Festival where you will see over five hundred species of Ayame growing in compliance to the performances, lotteries and shows on the ground.
