  • Rooms are very nice, spacious with western style softer mattresses and pillows. Bathroom is also larger than normal for Japanese hotels. Thoroughly recommended.

  • Noisy...noisy....and....noisy!!!!!! Rooms are only single glazed, located next to a busy train station. Rooms are large by Japanese standards though very dated. Asked to switch rooms and offered an even noisier room...!

  • The hotel was good value for money. It was located about 400 metres from Nagano Statiom, the double room was reasonably sized for a Japanese hotel and well appointed with good wifi. The staff were helpfull and a member showed us to our room and explained how things worked. Recommended as a convenient and inexpensive hotel

  • Intermittent hot water was an issue our entire stay. "Wait half an hour and try again" was the only help we got.

  • Modern hotel close to the railway station. Rooms are relatively large.
