The Sitabuldi fort is located atop a hill and was built by a British officer in 1857. At present, the fort is home to the office of the territorial army and is open for public visit during national holidays. A trough has been created around the fort for its protection. Inside the fort is a memorial in dedication to all the soldiers who have died in the war between the Marathas and the British. this fort is situated in heart of the city and is very beautiful awesome loved to see it and the atmosphere is great and amazing to visit here good place.

Place is old. But it historical. So its good to visit such places sometimes.
This place remains open only twice in a year. 15th august and 26th January. Located at a hilltop now under ARMY I think it open on gandhi jayanti too . Beautiful and historical place. Surrounded by greenery. You can see Bapuji's charkha, chappal, bed, etc. Such a historic place to visit with your family and friends. Secured and protected by INDIAN ARMY. Jai hind. Salute to indian army.
