  • I go to Serena for the Latin Dance Social by Dance Factory Kenya. It is a beautiful hotel with such an amazing feel. I really enjoy dancing there, the drinks offered and the exceptional service. The main downside is that we always have to leave early because of the noise affecting the hotel guests. This is very limiting for us and I would encourage Serena to find a workable solution.

  • Serena is a serene place indeed. The food is top notch and fine. Always my place to go to with my family.

  • The new wing is great. Rooms are cosy and well done. And as usual the food is tasty.

  • World class service!! The hotel is one of a kind in Nairobi. The food is excellent. They have free WIFI that is very fast. The conference facilities are neat and ground floor washrooms are always clean

  • Went to Mandhari Restaurant for lunch. The place is an oasis in Nairobi. The food was excellent and the staff were professional. The best restaurant I have been to in Nairobi so far. If you enjoy your food this is your restaurant.
