Artesa Vineyards And Winery, Napa Reviews

  • Beautiful winery with breath taking views of the Napa Valley. Their location is unique and the design off be building gives it a sense of privacy and seclusion. You can’t even tell it’s a building until you go up the grand stairs, so cool! There are beautiful fountains and several places to take stunning photos. Their wine options are diverse and the cheese platter we got to go alone with the wines was delicious. The staff is very attentive and take the time to explain every wine and the type of cheese it should be paired with. Some parts of the building are being remodeled, so I’m looking forward to returning later this year to see the finish product.

  • Absolutely lovely winery with some of the best views of Napa and SF. Very pretty estate as well. Our hostess, Shelby, was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant from first pour to last. Pinot Noir was best red. Incredible experience and will surely be returning!

  • Awesome experience. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the wine. Highly recommended to make this one of your winery choices to visit.

  • A bunch of pretentious a-holes ruining the place. Uptight atmosphere. Average wines.Looooooots of rules. Why bother ?

  • NOTE: please read the recent reviews because they've changed their rules and now it sucks. Really nice location, but boy do they waste it. Worth the drive up here but I wouldn't do a wine tasting here again. There's no where to sit, it's a terrible layout. You're not allowed to see the view unless you pay an exorbitant amount. We did the regular tasting that's $38. The first red they poured came from the end of the bottle and was way too little but the bartender couldn't be bothered to top it up to a regular tasting amount. It was barely three sips and the wine is mediocre at best. Their outdoor seating area is freezing cold with no sun, they need outdoor heaters. The only nice place to sit is in the "executive" lounge where you apparently need a reservation or something. Overall very disappointing experience. You should head over to Domaine Carneros instead, it's way better.
