Jarvis Estate, Napa Reviews

  • By appointment only. I had to get out of the car to buzz us in to open the gate. COOL! You look for a building but you enter a cave right away. Beautiful inside and a great story of how they started. I love these small family owned wineries. The Owners skn was on site working. Oh ya. We enjoyed the WINE!

  • Tastings....Reservations required, small group tours, knowledgeable guide through wine making through Jarvis’s $20M cave along with a very elegant tasting at a formal table with your wine educator! Very impressive, and well worth the drive up the hill.

  • The tasting was fantastic. Different glasses for the different wines, palette cleansing cheeses and crackers, and the ambiance of being inside the cave. It's 61 degrees in the cave, so some might want to bring a jacket. The wines we're good, be sure to let the rest breathe a little and taste again.

  • Amazing!! The tour was so awesome and the wine was one of the best I have ever had! The way the wine flavors would change after sitting out just made it even better.

  • 8/31/2015 Beautiful winery. Truly loved the tour guide also - he was extremely courteous with one of our Jarvis members. He was extremely kind with providing us the history of the venue, with a comprehensive tour, and a very generous tasting. We were able to try some of the rarest Cabernets that they offered - $230 bottles. Their reds were delicious - the Chardonnay was on par with others, but their Cabernets were definitely top notch. They also have an amazing waterfall inside the cave! What an amazing experience. I'd love to come here again. What a great experience for us all!
