  • Last weekend was my first time at William Hill and I had a wonderful time. I was impressed by the view of the vast vineyards along the hills and the modern ambiance of the tasting room. I felt welcome and the view was absolutely breathtaking. I believe the tasting was $30 and it included 5-6 generous pours. I forgot the name of the gentleman that served us but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and also from the Bay Area. William Hill is popular for their Chardonnays. I'm a big, bold, full body, red wine type of gal and still enjoyed their nice chilled whites. Their cabs are on the dryer side but also good. There's plenty of covered patio seating towards the back if you want to stay cool in the shade. If it's not too hot I would suggest bringing a picnic blanket to lay out on their huge open lawn while taking multiple pictures with the beautiful backdrop of Napa. Cheers!

  • Great winery with an excellent view over the valley. Staff was super friendly and accompanying. The wines were good too. Try to make a reservation upfront online or via phone if you can, as they tend to be booked out fast. Will definitely be back sometime soon!

  • Happy Friday! This was our first stop in NAPA. Didn’t do the tour but really enjoyed the lounge chairs and views of the estate. Our group was slot on their tasting wines. I preferred the second chard and the cab sauv- my besties enjoyed the first Napa chard and the petit Verdot. Nice little stop next to Silverado resort.

  • The superior wines were enjoyed by all but what put the experience over the top was a tasting offered by Miguel. His engaging presentation, broad knowledge, and genuine warmth convinced us to become members of the great winery. Thank you Miguel! Looking forward to our first shipment.

  • SMELLED LIKE AN ELECTICAL FIRE - 2016 - MERLOT. AFTER TASTE WAS BURNT TIRE? WE FINISHED THE BOTTLE, BUT WE ARE ALSO FINISHED WITH WILLIAM HILL WINE. NO IDEA WHAT WOULD CAUSE THE AWFUL AROMA AND TASTE, BUT IT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT! AN OLD "COLUMBO" EPISODE I WATCHED MAKES ME QUESTION IF THE WINE WAS EXPOSED TO EXTREMELY HIGH TEMPS?
