Blue Grotto is a beautiful sea cave located on the coast of the island of Capri in southern Italy. As the name suggests, this cave is filled with enchanting blue light with the occasional reflections of silver light. The cave, which is half-filled with the sea water, reflects the sun rays on the surrounding walls and casts a magical bluish light. It is recommended to visit this cave around noon. But, it mostly depends upon weather conditions and water level. It becomes impossible to enter the cave when the water level is high as the mouth of the cave is only a meter wide. Mentioned in several books and novels, this natural wonder has been a popular tourist attraction since the nineteenth-century.
