  • “Teatro San Carlo” is the most ancient theater in the world still used! You can watch and listen exclusive operas, concerts and ballets but you can even buy a ticket for a tour of the theater, which is very interesting Becca use you will be able to see the theater empty and take very cool pictures! The guide will even explain you all about the theater and its history!

  • What an experience to be in an institution that is the oldest in the world. What a beautiful place. A must for anyone who loves the theatre.

  • Not much to add about the theatre that isn’t already said by other reviewers. It’s a great place. Only thing to add is that if you go to the bar and order wine you get salted nuts and crisps (chips) you also get a selection of pastries thrown in. It’s makes the cost a bit better to bear. One thing is that if you sit down you get waiter service, but if you go to the bar you have pay first 🤔. No drinks are allowed in the auditorium. BTW people dress up to go here

  • It is a beautiful old theater with an impressive interior. Really gives you a sense of the older days.

  • The venue itself and it's atmosphere are amazing - as if you have walked into a fairytale! We watched The Nutcracker and it was magical! It is true that from some of the boxes you can't see the whole stage but that is why the ticket price categories are different and I believe that's normal...
