Naples Pier - Review
This pier is situated on the Gulf of Mexico and is a favorite for sight- seeing and fishing. There is plenty of space to cast a long line. The view of the blue waters and the clear sky above is just mesmerizing. The best part is that you do not even have to pay anything extra for fishing here as the City of Naples has purchased a bulk fishing license already.
Apart from the mind blowing view of the sunset here, there are also volleyball nets available on the pier.

Naples Pier, Naples Reviews
My favorite place in Naples, period. Especially at dusk and night. The breeze, beautiful homes, the gulf as backdrop and the beautiful kolaidoscope of colors that is the dusk sky makes it a beautiful yet relaxing place to spend an afternoon with friends or family. Fishing is allowed, anyone can do so while on the pier. Great for photography as well. Highly recommended, and best of all is completely free.
This is definitely the best place to take out of town visitors. I avoid it during weekends unless I have someone visiting since it gets crowded, but it is a nice pier to walk out on in the evenings. Sunset time is crowded no matter the day. The bathroom facilities are really nice and parking is convenient.
Gorgeous beach and pier. We went for viewing the sunset, picked a beautiful night to do so. Many people occupied the pier either by a taking family portrait, a selfie, by fishing or gazing into the greenish water to view the sea life. But all there for watching the sunset, it was impressive. We got lucky and saw a dolphin swimming rather close to shore probably searching for whatever they eat. Parking close will come at a price however if you don't mind walking a few extra blocks, like us, you could find parking in front of stores that shut down early. No tow away zones or anything that could turn your night into a nightmare by finding your car was towed or you got ticketed. The bathrooms were tidy and clean with outside rinse the sand off yo feet showers, always appreciated by those with sandy toes. This beach was unaffected by the red tide. Highly recommended.
That was such an amazing time. The sight seeing was impeccable. The atmosphere was excellent. I can never get enough of the beach. I took in waves after waves and enjoyed the serenity. The ocean and its sky line is simply breathtaking to me. Thank you for these sights. They are a blessing and a reminder that our Savior loves us.
It’s something everyone must experience when visiting Naples. Being at the pier when the sun sets is something everyone stops to admire and it is unlike anywhere else I’ve ever seen the sunset. People clap once the sun has set and it just has such an incredible ambiance. Highly recommend coming here and walking down the pier at any time really.. it’s a beautiful place to be.
