Fuji Yurari Hot Spring Reviews & Ratings

  • Received a ¥200-off coupon from the Mt.Fuji parking lot, so I decided to give this place a shot after a tiresome and difficult descent from the mountain. Was pleasantly surprised that there were multiple specialty baths, such as aromatherapy, carbonation, steam room and sauna, as well as your usual indoor/ outdoor baths. It would be a good first onsen experience for visitors to Japan, and perfect for helping those weary post-hike muscles! However, it was clearly marked outside there building that tattoos are unfortunately not allowed. So while that may steer away some visitors, I still think this is a great spot to try if you’re visiting the Fuji area and want to try a traditional Japanese hot spring.

  • Nice place to relax, no mixed gender onsen if you are there with your partner you have to take a private one or go individually. The food is very reasonably priced. The English translations could be better.

  • So I understand Japanese culture is very traditional. I wish it was advertised that people with tattoos are not allowed in ANY hot springs around Mt Fuji...regardless of your nationality. Just a word to the wise...especially if you are traveling a long way.

  • I came from the USA and found Yurari Hot Springs online. I paid the extra price to have a private onsen and it was lovely! The food in the restaurant was very good and was reasonably priced! I had a great experience and highly recommend to others to visit.

  • Absolutely love the atmosphere here. Nice service, diverse bathtub. Really enjoy myself here
