The Oysterville Church in the Pacific County was a gift from the founder, donator R.H. Espy to the community so that the congregation can gather together for praising the Lord in this picturesque location by the Ocean. Starting its journey in 1892, the Oysterville Church is now a serene welcoming spot where people from over the world come to spend some time with God, take a walking tour of the quaint village and donate whatever they can in the “poor box”. From Father’s Day till the Labor Day, the Vesper Season commences and on every Sunday from 3 pm, the congregation gathers for their “Oysterville Moment” with music, Bible stories, worship and socialisation.

What a beautiful piece of history and it is open for tours during the day for free. You can leave a small donation. The word work is absolutely beautiful
Absolutely adorable little church! I love the simplicity of it. The wood benches are suprisingly comfortable, and the grounds are well maintained. The church was very clean and they had little tourist pamphlets in the entry way which were helpful for our visit to Oysterville. Don't forget to sign the guestbook! :-)
A charming neighborhood worth a visit. Unfortunately the church was not open because of a pending ceremony the day we visited. It was a Monday so I imagine the weekends are similarly booked.
This entire area is filled with history! Grab a map inside the church and take some time to walk around the area. Very beautiful and feels like a walk back in time.
So well maintained. Such a feeling of peace and serenity inside. Great historical location.
