Four Corners Marina, Nashville Reviews - Write a Review
Four Corners Marina was a lifesaver when one of our bachelorette parties got rained out of their afternoon activities. Four Corners Marina helped us change the plans for the day and the girls were able to take a pontoon boat out for a "Sunset Cruise" later in the afternoon once the storm passed. Their pricing is reasonable and the staff was very friendly.
Best place for boat and kayak rentals. Boat slips available in all sizes. Nice boat club.Friendly helpful staff. Largest store on the lake. Non ethanol fuel treated with valvtec marine additives. Competitive fuel prices. Restaurant on site. Free parking. Recreation area.
This is an absolute horrible Marina. We rented a pontoon for a bachelor party and had 4 people cut from the side of the boat. The pontoon didn't have a ladder built in (must have broken off or something) and instead they gave us a tiny plastic ladder. It must've been made for children because it could not hold up grown men. It also had no place to attach because it clearly wasn't made for boats. Four corners never gave us a heads up that there was no functioning ladder or that the boat had very sharp edges. Because the tiny ladder didn't work we had to climb on the side of the boat. 4 different people got cut (3 pretty deeply cut) climbing back onto the pontoon boat. We assumed a normal company would clearly cover the cost of the boat because of how terrible and unfortunate our experience was but they didn't care. I called 6 times trying to reach the manager Freida and finally when we talked to her she had us email her our complaint. Then offered us a full refund for the trouble and then took back the offer for the refund. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
I will go there every day. It's a awesome place.
Have had a boat here since 1991. If it wasn't great, by now I would have moved to a different marina. Staff and crew are all great.
