  • We had a reception there in the barn after a funeral. The food and service was exceptional. I would highly recommend it. I had only ate breakfast at the cafe before. The food is awesome. It was a wonderful time with family and friends on a sad day.

  • Great Food, Wonderful environment. Our server Amanda was patient sweet and timed our experience out beautifully. I am new to the area and highly recommend it to anyone local or visiting. Biscuits are ridiculous especially with the Loveless Cafe Jams. Fried Chicken is wildly good. Can't make up your mind no problem get the sampler.

  • The service was terrible. Ive never had a server actually argue with me. I got there between breakfast and lunch. Another server dropped off some biscuits that evidently were hard and cold left from breakfast. I ordered fried cornbread which they call hoecakes. They smelled and tasted like little pancakes. It makes me wonder if the cook grabbed pancake batter. You even pay extra for ordering cornbread. The fried chicken tasted like it had no salt or seasoning on it. I been here several times over the years but this was a disaster on my birthday.

  • I must admit, after almost 2 decades living in the area, I avoided the loveless Cafe, justified by my concern it was a tourist trap with industrial food. I was wrong. The service, quality, decor and mostly the food were all excellent. While the delicious biscuits and ham seem to favor a breakfast/brunch meal, that would also be when they experience their largest crowds. They seem especially busy during the Sunday drive or when anyone playing around in the Natchez Trace. Evenings are not as busy and the offerings are worth it. (And you can have that breakfast in the evening if you so desire.) The food quality and taste are just like grandma used to make. (Not my grandma, but one who used simple ingredients and brought out the best in every meal.) I ordered too much so was only able to have a small portion of the banana pudding. While it is out of the way, it is well worth the visit and it won't be another decade delay between my visits to the loveless Cafe.

  • I really enjoyed the Loveless Cafe, reminded me of a breakfast my grandma would make. Everything is homemade, and I especially loved the biscuits and jellies. Just a simple country comfort breakfast! The prices were very reasonable and the staff was exceedingly kind.
