About Opryland Hotel Gardens, Nashville

Housing 50,000 plants, several water shows, and cascading waterways, is the impressive Opryland Hotel Gardens. The Gardens and Atrium covers nine lush indoor gardens, all designed for an incredible experience for any visitor.

There are three areas of interest. The Cascades, which has a 44-foot cascading waterfall, follows the pattern of Feng Shui. The Delta is a shopper’s paradise. There are boutiques, home décor, and just about everything else. It resembles an Italian village with storefronts which has balconies. These balconies overlook the shops. This area is surrounded by water and boat rides are offered for an extra fee. The amphitheatre here has special events and shows throughout the year. The Garden Conservatory has lavish gardens with exotic plants. The sun shines through the circular glass ceiling and lights up the place. The large gazebo with its fountain and flowers is an ideal spot for celebrating special occasions. The long walkways offer an enjoyable afternoon of recreation and exploration. The Lion Head Fountain draws a large crowd, so look out for it.

The Opryland Hotels Garden is very peaceful when the sun sets. Lit by lamp posts and candles, the ambiance transforms into a beautiful romantic evening.
