  • This place was so great!! We got there to find a line stretching down the block and almost turned around but decided to wait it out and it was such a great choice. The line moved pretty quickly and the food was phenomenal. Honestly the best hash browns I've ever had. They were honestly so good. Our waitress Michelle was so nice and when I couldn't choose what type of pancakes I wanted, offered to split my order and give me two of each type. I had the apricot lemon and banana bread, both of which were great. So glad we stayed and gave it a try.

  • Amazing breakfast and well worth the wait! A group of us came here from out of town and waited in line for a little more than an hour. Was not disappointed. The pancakes were great and quantity was decent but the special syrup on top made it even better. The French toast was the highlight, I would come here again for the French toast. Our waitress was nice and helpful in recommending good options

  • I agree with the review regarding parking. I inserted my debit card, was charged 4.00 and the machine said, 'printing ticket' but no ticket came out. The machine says 'no refunds'. I asked in the restaurant if they had anything to do with the parking machines and relayed my experience. They said, 'no' and their attitude was - 'we don't care'. It was difficult to enjoy my dining experience after that.

  • The wait was extremely long, but they had free coffee outside. Our food arrived cold to our table, however the hostess was extremely apologetic and replaced our meals with fresh ones. The turkey sausage was okay but a little gritty the pancakes were good once we received our hot pancakes. Overall it was an okay experience we are from up North so we were looking forward to some great pancakes since we had heard so many raving reviews. Kind of reminded us of our Original Pancake House in Michigan. Staff was friendly food was decent wait was long so please don't go there with an empty belly you may be irritable waiting for a table.

  • Woke up and my wife wanted pancakes. Then I found the Pancake Pantry!! You know, there’s one thing about naming your restaurant after the food it sells (like Philly cheesesteaks for example): It better be good. My expectations are automatically higher upon hearing that you have pancakes in the name. But, in this case, it didn’t matter. The pancakes, the service, everything overall was 5-Stars. We were very happy! Be sure to get there early! The line wraps around the building! We got right it though at 7:45. But we barely made the cutoff. Would love to see a real coffee shop coffee mixed with this in the future.
