The staff Is very friendly, the rooms are nice and newly remodeled. The rooms are smoke free. Only thing I personally see being an issue is the size of the rooms. They are smaller than most rooms at other hotels. For the price however you can quickly get used to it. I personally will take the smaller space for a nicer face. The staff is a huge help and very attentive. I'm giving 4 stars simply because 5 would be a perfect score and this room will not be a 5 to some. However if you want to save some money and stay in a nice place I will give it a solid 4.
Hello all I will say as I arrived at the Red Roof Inn I was a little disappointed. In fact the first words out of my mouth were, " What a dive !" As we checked in, the gentleman, D.Patel, was very polite. During our conversation at check-in Mr. Patel upgraded our room, I thought that very nice. The hotel has no pool and the lobby was very small, but it had free WiFi and was close to a Crate and Barrel. The room wasn't bad either accept for the water leaking out of the air conditioning unit in our room and he bathroom was small, but it did have a microwave and a fridge. During our stay Mr. Patel and all of the staff were very helpful. The rooms were kept clean and comfortable. The hotel may be away from the city but the stay turned out to be very nice. Juan
Not sure what the "Plus+" stands for as this place and is not worth the $120/night. Pros: Comfy Bed & water pressure Cons: Outside LED lights shine through the black out curtain, the microwave/mini-fridge/coffee maker are only in 'select' rooms, the construction is completed downstairs but there is no continental breakfast , not sure why they include a desk chair as the desk is of laughable size, no shampoo/body wash included, no pool. Would not come back or recommend.
This red roof inn is located on Sidco Dr South of Nashville, right off the interstate. I like it because every room connects to the outside, not an inside hallway. I've been here a few times and never seen bugs. 3 of the 4 rooms I've stayed in seemed really clean (one had kind of sticky carpet). There are different bed options. One room is handicap accessible so the bathroom is one big room with a shower curtain and drain. Pretty cool. If you're on a budget you can call ahead to guest services and they'll give you a better rate 👍 super reasonable. So far it's my favorite affordable hotel.
Location may put you off, but the staff is courteous, won't BS you, and charge you fairly. You get what you pay for, which in this case is private accommodations quiet, and piece of mind on a business trip. Also, they let pets stay for free, a god-send for me and my cat. Only things I'd say is that they have to do something about the smell of cigarette smoke, and cleaning crew came knocking at 8am....wow, that's early.
