The five of us had a perfect brunch at The Row. The staff was very welcoming and gave great recommendations on the menu. The food was very tasty, especially The Row Bennie (thick sliced bacon, poached eggs & hollandaise) which we all loved. The price is very adequate and will not break the bank. Even the 30-minutes at the beginning and the small mistake on the tab at the end did not ruin the 5-stars experience.
The food was very good. I had the avocado chicken sandwich. The service was also excellent. The only negative I have is that the bar area was open to the outside deck, making it very hot where I was sitting. They could have closed it off by dropping the big door to keep in the A/C, but had it wide open on a day when it was 95 degrees outside. I'll definitely be back, but if in the summer time, I'll make sure I sit in the other side of the restaurant.
I had the hottest chicken they have/cornbread/coleslaw/pickle combo, mashed potatoes and it was excellent. Great host and waiter. They had everything we wanted fast. I will eat here many times over. And sometimes live music.
The best food in this place its their hot fried chicken, it was delicious. The burgers are also good. Also their bloody Mary's are one of the best I've tried. The only bad thing was the host, it took him like 40 minutes to give tables to people, when there was plenty of space available to be seated.
Loved it! Walked in, not busy, very good service, great list of craft beers, whisky and bourbons and good food. I had BBQ brisket, my wife had mild Nashville Fried Hot Chicken which turned out to be a little too spicy for her, so we swapped plates. It was a bit spicy, for being mild, but very good! Also had fried pickles, which was a leap into the unknown, and what a discovery! They are fantastic!! A great place to go for a bite to eat and some good live music!
