Being a tropical town in nature, for the better part of the year, the weather is hot and humid. The only noticeable difference in the temperature is when the trade winds pass through Natal. The maximum temperature doesn’t venture above 30 degrees Celsius whilst the minimum temperature not dropping below 20 degrees Celsius.

The yearlong heat facilitates all beach activities all around the year. There’s no perfect time to visit Natal when it comes to weather. You could base your decision on the amount of crowd, though. The peak tourist season is in July and from December to March. Monsoon hits during mid March and July which is when you can exploit the off season rates. If you’re visiting Natal in the winter, you stand a good chance of being a part of most of the events that take place during those months.
