Stanton Hall is a national historic site and one of the first antebellum mansions. Pilgrimage garden club has turned it into a historic house. It is made up of two-storey brick structure with a Greek temple at its entrance. You will find the interior a piece of wonder as it is made up of Italian marble with glass chandeliers and of bronze. Design of Disney land’s haunted mansion is inspired by this hall. You can find period furniture here. Visitors can take a glimpse of the life led by people living prior to civil war. Stanton hall has a huge collection of paintings and sculptures. You can also dine at carriage house restaurant which is within the premises.
Stanton Hall Reviews & Ratings
Had our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Carriage House Restaurant at Stanton Hall in Natchez, Mississippi. Could not have been finer. Food was excellent, staff courteous and a great place to have a party within an antebellum mansion setting. Elegant and timeless !
Fabulous food...great new chef. Thank you Chef Beth...talented and beautiful lady. Go to the Sunday Brunch for a truly wonderful meal
Beautiful surroundings, wonderful food. Sadly the service was terrible. Waitress would not come to table, had to ask hostess several times to be waited on. Could not recommend to anyone to pay the high prices to be treated so rudely. Many other good places to eat and be treated courteously.
I love their southern hospitality and food! Their Sunday brunches are my over all favorite! They make you feel right at home:)
