Visit Charles River Peninsula to observe the nature’s charisma that was formed among the Charles River in 1960. The 30 acres of land is operated by Trustees of Reservations and is used for cultivation purpose. It is regarded that this spot plays a vital role in conserving the environment of the corridor of Charles River. The shoreline of the river is surrounded by woods of hemlock and birch where walking can be enjoyed along the natural trails. There is a boat launching site close by the Charles River Peninsula where boating is allowed to get access to the other end of the river.
