  • We went with our kids. Beautiful place you must visit with your family and friends. You can see beautiful painted and crafted statues with the stories of Buddha and some Kings. Must visit place in Negombo. Peaceful atmosphere in the temple good for meditation and relax. Parking available with easy access.

  • If you’re in Negombo, make a visit to this Buddhist temple. Epic Buddha statue, beautifully crafted Sculptures and drawings on walls are remarkable. Be careful of the donation scam at the exit of the lion’s entrance.

  • A Buddhist temple with a historical value. There are many things to watch.

  • This is a nice little tempel which is beautifully coloured and maintained. There was also a guide at the temple who told us some facts. Great to visit, but our stay only last 15 minutes. In the end he also gave us the donation book, where apparently all guests donated high amounts of money (this seemed like tricking the tourists and he was fine with way less than what was written there)

  • Beautiful and veru peaceful temple
