  • Vickie Chandler works in Bursars and is one of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve ever dealt with. I was told my transcripts would be released if I paid a specific balance on 6/25/19 by her specifically. She disclosed this was the one and only hold on my account and assured me I would recieve my transcripts. I called a couple days later to check the status of the payment as the check had cleared in my account. Come to find, she informed me of yet another hold on my account and she exclaimed I would not recieve my transcript unless I paid thousands back. She never informed me of this large amount owed on 6/25/19, she reassured me I would recieve my transcript instead. She was argumentative and unruly to speak to as she wouldn’t let me ask any questions. She spoke over me on several occasions reciting conversations that she had noted in the past in a threatening manner. She threatened me with “her notes” she takes in her system. I really hope you do not have to deal with her. She is unkind and should not be working in a public office with people who are simply asking questions. Granted, many of us take out loans to attend college that need to be paid back. This does not give one individual a right to bully student/ former students and abuse her power and control. Very unprofessional.

  • Don’t go to this school. It is not a quality school. You can do better especially for the price. The people who work here are the laziest most dismissive people I have ever dealt with. They will find anything in order to escape doing what they’re paid to do. If you’re trying to bring your car to campus forget about it

  • Reminds me of a project complex. Must be a lot of grants to goto this school because it's full of inner city scum.

  • I went to this school for 5 years as a CS major. Each year was progressively worse. There's lots of opportunities for everything, but you have to work very hard to find them. In the end I didn't get anything out of this place other than some of my best friends, my girlfriend and an experience that changed my views of human nature for the worse. My professors were helpful and nice, but I had to work my butt off to figure out some things that I should've been able to learn in the classroom. Don't even ask about the clubs and student organizations. My personal views and opinions of the school changed dramatically once I was involved in this bureaucracy.
