Amazing selection with truly incredible prices. It was a real struggle to hold back on buying too much. So many places lock the good stuff away and won’t let you touch it. Here, the owner came and encouraged me to open the cabinets and look at the books. I felt really welcome and sent a box of good stuff home. This should be a must stop for people who like books.
Fantastic old building with lots of character. Fans of vintage texts will love this shop and the older gentlemen who run it. Great collection of texts about New Orleans and by local authors. Bonus second-hand record shop on the third floor.
Awesome bookshop! I would have loved to see some more Engineering, Chemistry, Business and Economics books though.
Really neat bookstore. Lots of old editions. Great selection of NOLA history books.
Visited many book stores during my trip to NOLA this week. This one is just ok. An interesting selection of history books at reasonable prices. Strong stuffy and musty smell throughout store. Hard not to start sneezing.
