  • Nice bed and breakfast with lively decorated rooms. The rooms are a bit old but comfortable. The staff is friendly. Not a lot variety for breakfast, but the quality of the food is good. Very convenient location, only one block away from the streetcar stop and 5 minute walking to the Garden District. Plenty of options for restaurants in the neighbourhood.

  • Favorite place to stay in New Orleans. Great location, within comfortable walking distance to everything (or trolleys are 1 block away). Yes the rooms are dated but we love the character it adds. This isn't a modern hotel, It's a quaint bed and breakfast that exudes authentic New Orleans. They are working on new and larger rooms in the buildings directly next door too! Breakfast was good but a little repetitive which is why 4 stars instead of 5. Stayed here for a 7 days and 3 mornings were bacon/sausage and eggs. Would be nice to add waffles, fresh made cinnamon rolls or a few other things to the breakfast rotation.

  • Excellent bed and breakfast! Check them out if you are in the New Orleans area! They also are pet friendly. No breeds excluded.

  • I really liked this place, and I would have given them 5 ☆ if only for two things: 1) the a/c was incredibly loud, to the point where you cannot hear someone from 10 feet away; and 2) while very charming, the transom window over the door only had a sheer curtain. And while this allowed natural light in during the day, it also let the light from outside the door in at night, to shine right in my face. And with the high ceilings, I couldn't really adjust it. But for the good...I love the area, the courtyard was great, Joe is an awesome guy and we really enjoyed talking to him.
